A brand new month has dawned with chance encounters, possibilities and experiences ahead. But they’ve already started. While I was on my night shifts this week some stunning news started to come in – the NASA spacecraft Juno had sent the first pictures back to Earth of Jupiter’s north pole as it came within 2,500 miles of the mysterious planet’s swirling clouds.
Scientists are still analysing the massive data provided but already they’re bowled over by the revelations. Jupiter’s north pole is like nothing they had imagined or seen before. They describe it as a revelation.
You may remember Canadian astrologer Phil Booooooooth who used to come on our programme every month to see what the next few weeks had in store. We never asked the following month if anything had happened as Phil predicted but for a lot of people his words of inspiration gave hope and potential.
Astrologers are talking about September as a busy one with eclipses, planetary movement and even an equinox. Jonathan Cainer’s nephew Oscar talks of it as a time when we can “redefine our philosophies” with Jupiter, the planet of optimism, hope and expansion – and ironically the one now showing its secrets – is changing the luck of even those who feel they have no luck.
Many – especially our astronomer friends Neil and Pete Lawrence – have their own thoughts on astrologers (!) as we know. But whatever your belief, this change of seasons show that as Mother Nature starts to prepare for a different type of beauty with the ever changing leaves and foliage, we too can use the start of Autumn as an opportunity to clear the decks, change our colours and revel in where the universe takes us.
As we prepare ourselves for the next ride of our life; the next stage of our adventure on this beautiful planet, let us hold hands as ever encouraging each other to live life to the full. Who knows where this next month or season will take us. But at least we know we’ll experience it together. And that is what it’s all about…..
This week’s chill out shows us our amazingly beautiful planet on which we live and the video opens our eyes to views we don’t see on a daily basis. They’re always there. Just waiting – like the North Pole of Jupiter – to be discovered….

Lovely MMM and video, thanks Mike.
