Happy Easter to us all!
In a mad world with all sorts of worry, famine and threat of war, today gives us the message that we have nothing to fear. No matter what our beliefs, all around us are signs of new life and promise. In the coming week let’s focus on that, the hope and joy of the season so that talk of worry, terror or despair fades as quickly as the strengthening sun melts the snow.
Please join me tomorrow on Radio 2 and 6 Music from 3 – 10pm if you can or on Classic and Smooth next Saturday or Sunday from 0500-1200. I’ll be starting my 6 month attachment to the BBC World Service business unit at the start of May but will be continuing on R2 and other stations so a great adventure…
